Pot
Pink Yarn
- 1) SC 6 in MR (6)
- 2) Inc x 6 (12)
- 3) Inc x 12 (24)
- 4) SC, Inc repeat (36)
- 5 - 13) SC 36 (9 rounds)
- 14) 36 HDC (round)
Fasten off, weave, and cut the ends.
Insert safety eyes between rows 11 & 12 about 6 stitches apart. Use black yarn to sew the mouth in between the eyes.
Soil
Brown yarn & Beige yarn
Brown

- 2) Inc x 6 (12)
- 3) Inc x 12 (24)
- 4) SC, Inc repeat (36)
Switch to beige:
- 5 - 6) SC 36 (2 rounds)
Fasten off, weave, and cut the ends.
Lightly stuff the pot with preferred stuffing. Place soil on top of the stuffing.
Cut a long tail of pink yarn for sewing. Sew the soil piece to the pot with pink yarn. Sew the soil piece into the bottom of the HDC of the pot.
After sewing about 3/4 of the soil around the pot, stuff the pot more firmly. Continue sewing until complete.
Hoya Heart

- 2) Inc x 6 (12)
- 3 - 4) SC 12 (2 rounds)
- Fasten off
- 1) SC 6 in MR (6)
- 2) Inc x 6 (12)
- 3 - 4) SC 12 (2 rounds)
- Do not fasten off, we will continue with the body.
Join both parts of the heart with a slip stitch.
- 5) SC around as one piece (26)
- 6 - 7) SC 26 (2 rounds)
- 8) SC 2, Dec, SC in the last 2 stitches (20)
- 9) SC around (20)
- 10) SC, Dec, SC in the last 2 stitches (14)
- 11) Dec × 7 (8)
Fasten off, leaving about an inch tail for sewing. Do not stuff.
Sew and secure the heart into the middle of the soil, between the MR and row 2. Weave in the ends.
