Pistachio Cream Bars: Indulge in Delightful Sweetness

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1 package cream cheese (8oz/250g), softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 box Pistachio instant pudding mix (4 serving size)
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup pistachios, roughly chopped


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and softened butter. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
  4. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and half of the pistachio pudding mix until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining pistachio pudding mix and milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios evenly over the top.
  8. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until set.
  9. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
