Kielbasa Soup with Potatoes. This is a soup<\/strong><\/em> that you are going to fall in love with! It is loaded with slices of Sausage<\/strong><\/em> that has slightly crispy edges, potatoes<\/em><\/strong> that are tender and fluffy, along with celery, carrots and onion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In a large Dutch oven or Soup Kettle, heat the Olive Oil over medium high heat<\/p>\n\n\n\n Add in the sliced sausage, and cook for 5 to 6 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n Remove the sausage from the Dutch oven and set to the sign<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the same pot, add in the onion, garlic, carrots and celery and cook for 2 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n Add the chicken stock and add in the potatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bring to a boil and then decrease the heat to low medium, cover and cook for 15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n Add the Kielbasa back into the pot, add the milk, Parmesan Cheese and Cheddar Cheese. Season with salt and pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n Stir well and cook for another 10 minutes over the low medium heat until the cheese has melted<\/p>\n\n\n\n Remove from the heat and garnish with Chopped Parsley<\/p>\n\n\n\n Serve immediately<\/p>\n\n\n\n Enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Kielbasa Soup with Potatoes.
