Apple Pie Cupcakes

Ingredients:

– 2 pre-made, ready-to-roll pie crusts or Homemade All Butter Pie Crust

– Apple Filling:

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

– Apples, peeled, cored, and diced

– Cinnamon and sugar, to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven according to the pie crust package instructions or your Homemade All Butter Pie Crust recipe.

2. Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into circles to fit into your cupcake tin.

3. In a pan, melt butter and sauté diced apples until they are tender.

4. Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon and sugar to taste.

5. Place a spoonful of the apple filling into each pie crust circle.

6. Optional: Create a lattice or cover with another small pie crust circle.

7. Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is golden brown.

8. Allow the Apple Pie Cupcakes to cool before serving.
