A rich and creamy salted caramel hot chocolate recipe that you can make easily right at home in your slow cooker.

Ingredients:

  • ▢ 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • ▢ [¾ cup caramel sauce]
  • ▢ 4 cups milk
  • ▢ 2 cups heavy cream
  • ▢ 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ▢ ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
