A sweet and savory way to use up your holiday leftovers! These delicious baked turkey sandwiches are loaded with layers of stuffing, cranberry sauce and leftover turkey.
Ingredients:
- 12 count Hawaiian rolls
- 2 cups prepared stuffing mix
- 1 cup carved style deli turkey or leftover turkey
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 3 tsp Dijon mustard divided
- 6 tbsp salted butter melted
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp minced dried onion
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice the rolls in half and lay the bottom half in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the stuffing on the bottom rolls.
- Layer the turkey on top of the stuffing.
- In a small bowl, mix together cranberry sauce and 1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard. Spread mixture on top of the turkey.
- Place the top rolls on top in the baking pan.
- Add melted butter, 1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried onion and poppy seeds to a bowl and stir to combine.
- Spoon the butter mixture all over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the tops of the rolls are golden.
- Let cool slightly and cut each roll to serve.
